Our history
Alea Quantum Technologies builds on 10 years of research in Quantum Communication at the Technical University of Denmark.
This research led to the invention of our patent pending Quantum Random Number Generator of which we currently have build a laboratory proof-of-concept model.
We demonstrated the secure transmission of data together with one of the major Danish banks (Danske Bank) in January of 2022.
In March 2022 we founded our company with the aim to commercialize our technology and have already secured a grant from the European Union for 1 mio EUR.
